Nobody likes to deal with Dark Conspiracy Theories and yet with the Bush Family Conspiracy (Bush Crime Family), we can be honest with ourselves and uncover the truth in our government, or we can choose to stay asleep and carry on as if our leaders are truthful. It becomes self evident, when one does their own research that something very sinister is being executed in our name and without our informed consent. It is time to unmask the Dark Side conspiracy theories and sort through what is theory and what is fact.
Continuing Criminal Enterprise (CCE)
“The Continuing Criminal Enterprise statute, or Title 21 of the United States Code, Section 848(c)(2), defines a criminal enterprise as any group of six or more people, where one of the six occupies a position of organizer, a supervisory position, or any other position of management with respect to the other five, and which generates substantial income or resources, and is engaged in a continuing series of violations of subchapters I and II of Chapter 13 of Title 21 of the United States Code.”
I quote from my new book; “A Revolution in Consciousness”,
“This is a statute I am very familiar with. During my teens and twenties, approximately from 1972 until 1982, I was involved with organizing and operating a Continuing Criminal Enterprise, selling and smuggling marijuana and hash for profit. I was later indicted, in 1985 and pled guilty to running a Continuing Criminal Enterprise, multi-ton loads of marijuana and hashish, and was sentenced to (17) years in Federal Prison, without parole. I served (8) years, less good time allowance and was released in 1992. I have had an unblemished record since my last overt act in 1982. I was a model prisoner. Since my release from Federal Prison (BOP) I have enjoyed my freedom and have rebuilt my life absent any illegal acts. I take my freedom very seriously. I also recognize many things that most citizens can’t or choose not to see.

“When my children ask me about Federal Prison I tell them it was not really prison but rather a deep CIA cover story enacted to fool the public because I was really in Star Fighter School being trained to save the planet from sure destruction. I was on a secret mission and was part of a grand design that was bigger than any of us. I have told them that life is never what it seems when you look on the surface, one must dig deeper to find the gem”.
I wrote a book, “The Real Deal, a Transformation of Consciousness” The Enigma of Robert B. Reckmeyer, in 2005 and as a result one of my editors prodded me to research the Reagan drug war and do my best to uncover the truth about my role in it. I became deeply involved in uncovering the real story behind the Iran Contra scandal, trading weapons for hostages and Vice President George H.W. Bush’s role in it. The smuggling of cocaine from South America into Mena Airport during the 1982-1989 time frame was the other side of the operation and something the congress, in large part kept from the American people. The operation smuggled cocaine from South America into Mena airport, located in Arkansas, where Barry Seal, Chip Tatum and others flew in multi ton loads on a regular basis, unopposed. Bill Clinton was Governor, and was directly and intimately involved in the operation along with George H.W. Bush. They both became President, George Bush for one term followed by his protégé William Jefferson Clinton for two terms. They were both up to their ears in the Iran/Contra, CIA drug operation; arms for hostages, and George H.W. Bush had a direct command and control role. I believe, based on the evidence, George H.W. Bush should be indicted and prosecuted for running a Continuing Criminal Enterprise, Title 21 of the UNITED STATES Criminal Code CCE 848(c)(2).
Congress, by a decisive vote, decided in the late 1980’s, that the United States would not support the Contra’s fighting in Nicaragua. President Reagan decided to organize imaginative ways to subvert the vote and set up a covert and illegal support network in opposition to the will of the Congress. The plan was organized and executed in the Reagan/Bush White House in opposition to the Bolland amendment. The Bolland amendment prohibited use of USG funds to finance the "Contras."
In June of 1984, the President and Vice President, Ronald Reagan, and George H.W. Bush, and their top aids discussed how to sustain the Contra’s in opposition to the Sandinista government, a democratically elected government in Nicaragua. The Congressional amendment prohibited any transfer of funds directly or indirectly so their hands were tied. Bush was the ex CIA Director and knew full well how to go around any congressional ban but the President and Vice President must be able to state firmly they were out of the loop in case anything went awry. This is exactly what both Reagan and Bush claimed when the scandal broke. It is the clean hands doctrine and something every intelligence agent is taught, deniability.
When our elected officials justify a criminal conspiracy in the name of national security, they have crossed the line into unknown territory. They have taken our Constitutional system to a new level where anything goes and can be justified. Smuggling large multi ton loads of cocaine from central and south America into the continental United States for the purpose of raising large sums of cash, to feed an illegal war of aggression on the Nicaraguan people is beyond most peoples comfort zone. I can tell you as one who smuggled Marijuana and Hashish, cocaine is a completely different product. Cocaine is evil and turns good people into their dark side expression. Cocaine causes people to do things they would normally not do. Powdered cocaine turned into crack is deadly. The fact that George H.W. Bush could justify his cocaine operation in the name of National Security is criminal, period.
It is well documented that our United States government is directly involved in the illegal drug business, both in the past and currently as a part of their war in Afghanistan. The Afghanistan drug operation helps to fund their war of aggression and supplies our CIA with large sums of cash to finance a covert war throughout the region. This is nothing new. During the Vietnam War in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, our CIA set up a large scale drug operation helping the Laotian tribesmen transport their heroin and set up new smuggle routes to the west. They addicted a whole generation of American kids to finance their illegal wars of aggression. It is well documented that the intelligence services throughout the world utilize the illegal drug business to raise enormous sums of cash to fund their black operations.
Welcome to the real world of shadow government and real world politics. I know sometimes it hurts to learn that there are a lot of illegal things going on in the name of freedom and liberty and in truth it is up to us to hold these people accountable. They hide behind the national security act and slap it on everything so they can justify murder, illegal drug deals, false arrests and subversion of sovereign governments. There is nothing they won’t do if they think it will help them in their lust for full power and control.
Criminalization of government
The criminalization of our government has taken place one step at a time and is now fully a part of our collective experience. We have had our constitutional democracy hijacked and replaced with a system that is more akin to Nazi Germany after Hitler and his henchman were in control, than a free democratic republic. Ever since Jack Kennedy was assassinated we have watched our republic slip away and now find ourselves facing exactly what Eisenhower warned us about, when he gave his last speech, before leaving the Presidency, “In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.
We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together.”
“A coup d’état (often known simply as a coup) is the sudden overthrow of a government by a part of the state establishment — usually the military — to replace the branch of the stricken government, either with another civil government or with a military government.”
Some would say we still live under the same form of government our founding fathers set up almost two hundred and thirty two (232) years ago, obviously that is patently false. In truth we have had a long erosion of our constitutional rights, the subversion of our institutions and the Imperial Presidency ascending. The fact that our young President John F. Kennedy was executed in broad daylight, in front of the nation, and the perpetrators were never brought to justice is in itself a crime. The Congress and the Courts have been neutered and have failed the test of courage in the face of evil.
I find it ironic that the little people, citizen soldiers, are the ones stepping up to the plate, trying their best to bring awareness to the collective unconscious as we try and sort through the last forty five (45) years since our President was slaughtered. We were traumatized by the murders of Jack Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Bobby Kennedy and all the unnamed faceless others who stood against the powers that be and did their best to stand up for our nation. Here we are in the year 2008 and the government is committing criminal fraud on a grand scale and blatantly in front of our eyes, and the United States Congress does nothing. In fact they fund the fraud and perpetuate the criminality of our constitutional system.
When do we as a nation say that’s it? How much more are we suppose to allow before we take responsibility for our collective experience and then make a decision to hold these men and women accountable for their acts? I say we should have done it a long time ago and now we become unindicted co-conspirators in the crime. If “we should have known” then we are complicit in the crime.
Karen Tandy, who was the lead Assistant UNITED STATES Attorney, in our case, back in the early 1980’s, was quite clear in her reading of the law; i.e. one is guilty of the crime if they should have known and did nothing to prevent it. I submit we have crossed the line as a nation. We have not demanded, of our elected officials, that they hold those in authority, who have broken the law, accountable.
We as citizens have felt powerless to change the dynamic and so we retreat into our collective shells and do nothing. The coup d’état, that elements within our governmental-intelligence apparatus executed on November 22, 1963 was a classic takeover of a freely elected government. The Fascist elements within our system were not willing to share power and so they took executive action in order to speed up their takeover of the world. It is quite clear that we have watched our system slip away and now we are faced with a criminal regime making their moves in the open.
